15-18g of Coffee

200mL of water

  1. Grind 15-18g of coffee
  2. Pour into press
  3. Add twice the amount of water than grinds (i.e. 15g of coffee/30mL of Water)
  4. Tamp and set for 30 seconds
  5. Pour remainder of water (it should read 200mL)
  6. After 1 minute stir 10x
  7. Decant 
  8. Pour 2oz of water to make an even 8oz cup
